Website terms

Effective date: October 17, 2026

These terms apply to your use of astermain.com, operated by Aster & Main (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

No guarantee of rankings or results

Google decides how businesses appear in Google Maps and search results, and it can change how that works at any time. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, position, number of calls, leads or other results from our audit or services.

The free audit is informational

Our free audit is general information and recommendations based on what we can see publicly at the time. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and you decide whether and how to act on it. Requesting an audit does not create any obligation for you or for us.

Paid services

Paid services, including the Tune-Up and Care plan, are provided under a separate agreement or invoice that sets out the scope, price and payment terms. If that agreement or invoice conflicts with these terms, the agreement or invoice controls.

Website content

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and may contain errors. Prices and services shown on the site may change. The site’s text, design and graphics belong to Aster & Main, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google. Aster & Main is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aster & Main is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of this site or the free audit. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or the free audit is limited to $100. Liability for paid services is governed by the separate agreement or invoice for those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date above.
